Reserve a Study or Meeting Room

Study Rooms

For those who would like a private and quiet space for individual or group study, projects or small meetings, the Library offers three study rooms (two in Adult Services, one for children in the Children's Library). Study rooms may not be reserved online, but please contact the Library at 742-4959 to reserve a study room.  View our full study room policy.

Meeting Rooms

Is your club, organization, or other group looking for a place to meet?  The Library has two meeting rooms that can be reserved for larger groups:

  • Bidwell Room (for up to 75 people)
  • Sanderson Memorial Room (for up to 12 people) with a time limit of two hours

In compliance with the ADA, groups using the facilities are responsible for providing qualified interpreters or auxiliary aids upon request. View our full meeting room use policy.

A South Central Library System library card in good standing is required to rent a meeting room. In addition, a meeting room application must be on file with the library at the time of the meeting.

If you would like more information, please contact the Library at 742-4959.
