Make a Wine Charm using Swarovski Beads at the Portage Public Library! Megan Mussehl, from Prairie Flower Beads, will be at the library on Wednesday, September 16 from 6-7 pm to teach us how to make this unique craft. Staff will be wearing masks and practicing proper social distancing and we request that participants do the same. All supplies are provided, but interested patrons must register in advance.
