Tai Ji Fit

Join TaijiFit instructor, Laura Veselovsky, as she leads you through 30 minutes of moving meditation.  TaijiFit is a mind/body exercise that is great for all ages!  TaijiFit combines the best of traditional Tai Chi with modern Western fitness.  The TaijiFit movements are slow, but constantly moving and moves your whole body while you listen to a mix of popular, folk and instrumental music.  There are no routines to learn or choreography to remember - simply follow Laura in this healthy, calming exercise.
