Gentle Yoga w/ Ellen Swan

New at the library! Morning Gentle Yoga with Ellen Swan: Wednesdays and Fridays, beginning June 14th and lasting through the end of September. Meet at 9 AM in the Bidwell Room. Bring a Yoga mat or bath towel. All age and skill levels welcome. Ellen will help you know how much you can do!  Yoga is a relaxing way to become healthy - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because of the generous support of the Friends of the Library, this course is free to the public!
